LALA® Yogurt Pie
Here’s a simple summer-time treat that you can enjoy year-round. It’s a refreshing, low calorie twist on your old ice-box pie. Just pick your favorite LALA® Cup Yogurt flavor and get baking – we mean refrigerating.
- 12 oz. LALA® Cup Yogurt, any flavor
- 1 small box of sugar free Jell-O mix (same flavor as your yogurt)
- 8 oz. fat free Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup of water
- Reduced fat graham cracker crust
Start by boiling water for your Jell-O mix, following the gelatin packaging instructions up to the point where the gelatin is dissolved. Then start whisking in your LALA® Cup Yogurt. Then fold in your Cool Whip. Once all your ingredients are blended, pour your mixture into your graham cracker crust. Cover your pie with a cover or plastic wrap and place in your refrigerator overnight. The next day, cut a cool yummy slice for yourself and enjoy!
