LALA® Lean Green Smoothie

Everybody is going green these days. There’s something about a good green smoothie that just makes you feel great. Maybe it’s the nourishing ingredients, the fruity taste, and that bright, happy color. Our LALA Lean Green Smoothie has the great taste, nourishing ingredients and that little extra something you get from LALA Yogurt Smoothies. Plus, it’s easy to make with pineapples, bananas and the iron-rich addition of spinach. It’s a naturally smooth and refreshing green treat. Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 3 large handfuls of fresh spinach (washed)
  • 4 bottles of 7 oz. LALA Yogurt Smoothies (We recommend two bottles of Creamy Coconut and two bottles of Piña Colada.)
  • 6 oz. ice cubes or crushed ice
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
  • Add honey to taste

Directions:

Once you and your blender are ready, fill it up starting with the spinach; add ice, pineapple, banana and your LALA Yogurt Smoothies. Drizzle with honey for an extra sweet kick, and blend until smooth and green. Then, pour and make a toast for the joy of going green. This green smoothie serves four.
